WANTED! – THREE TALENTED INDIVIDUALS .... to join the Adult Social Care Services Directorate within Northamptonshire County Council:

Northamptonshire is known as an innovative council and has been in the forefront of a number of key initiatives. We are seeking three highly motivated individuals: Working within the Adult Social Care Services Directorate, the Assistant Directors for Adults & Transitions and Quality & Contracting will continue to lead the transformation of Northamptonshire's Adult Social Care and Safeguarding services. The Assistant Director for Learning, Skills and Education will be responsible, within the Children, Families and Education Directorate, for the further implementation of the strategic vision for education in Northamptonshire. You will need to be used to:

Having accountability for outcomes;

Meeting financial targets;

Demonstrating an ability to lead and inspire teams.
