Director

Six London Councils

One Alliance

A Great Opportunity

Director c£89k

As an alliance of six West London Boroughs, we work successfully together on a range of key work programmes to deliver improvements and efficiencies for all our residents. Together with our partners our ambition is to achieve cost savings of £57m by 2017 and better outcomes.

We have developed a strong track record through our joint working and are looking for a Director to identify, seize and secure further opportunities for the alliance. Working with Leaders and Chief Executives of the Councils you will be expected to provide expert policy and strategic advice that translates into real benefits for West London.

In order to succeed in this key role you will need to demonstrate strong partnership and senior leadership skills and a clear understanding of the role of local government in improving outcomes. This should be supported by an ability to effectively manage a wide range of cross cutting programmes.

If you believe that you have the breadth of skills and experience to bring to this challenging but exciting role we look forward to hearing from you.
