A shake-up of senior management at Plymouth City Council will see two directors leave their roles. Bronwen Lacey, current director for children and young people, has chosen to leave the council after 37 years in local government, when the new structure is established. The changes will also see the end of the assistant chief executive role, currently held by Ian Gallin, due to financial pressures.
