Braintree DC has leased its Maryland House offices to independent financial services company Cofunds, in a move that will bring a 600-strong workforce to the town.
‘Despite challenging market conditions, we have been able to negotiate what we are advised by our property agents is the biggest office letting in Essex for 10 years,' said council leader, Cllr Graham Butland.
