Like many other chief executives, I am considering our budget options, following the government grant allocation announcement before Christmas.
There are freedoms promised, too, although it annoys me when I read about some of the charges for services which are available, and used in the private sector to increase profit. The ‘no frills' approach seems to mean we can accept a sub-standard service or we can pay for the extras we used to take for granted.
