Senior officer and councillor relationships at Doncaster City Council are ‘badly eroded' and blighted by a lack of trust since Reform UK, a Local Government Association (LGA) peer review has found.
The review team discovered that, following last year's election, the overall functioning and governance of the council had been ‘significantly tested' by the influx of new councillors.
