The Audit Commission has given a ‘double excellent' score to Kensington & Chelsea RLBC's ‘supporting people' service. The scheme was rated as ‘excellent', with ‘excellent prospects for improvement' by the commission. ‘The range of services we inspected showed a number of strengths and few weaknesses,' said lead housing inspector, Hugh Boatswain.
