The Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) has announced how it plans to release its 'payments by results' cash for the troubled families programme, which will see councils split into three performance groups.
Project co-ordinators in 152 upper tier authorities were sent details this week of how the second year allocations of the £448m fund would be made.
