Employment in the east of England will be back on track by 2015. According to the East of England Development Agency (EEDA), recovery from the recession will begin by 2011, and all jobs lost in the region will have been regained by 2015. The EEDA's research and analysis unit produced a report on the impact of the recession in the region and the forecast for the future. It claims 167,000 jobs will have been lost before the recession ends, but more jobs are likely to be created as the economy recovers.
