Balfour Beatty Engineering Services has appointed Eddie O'Donnell as business development manager for Scotland.

Mr O'Donnell joins the company from Spie Matthew Hall – following 20 years at NG Bailey. He reports to regional director, building services north, Derek Sanders. Mr O'Donnell said: ‘I am delighted to join a company which is so highly regarded and I look forward to the challenge.'
