Edinburgh City Council has formally declared a housing emergency in the face of a growing crisis in the city.

Edinburgh City Council has formally declared a housing emergency in the face of a growing crisis in the city.

The city has warned nearly 5,000 households will be in temporary accommodation for Christmas.
