Local elections for Berwick, Spittal and Tweedmouth town council in May have been postponed, after the Electoral Commission reported that the order establishing the parish would not be completed in time. ‘While this is disappointing, it is simply a result of the lack of resources at the Boundary Commission,' said Berwick BC borough secretary, David Cook.
