Emission action Councils are being offered a new ‘action pack’ to help them reduce greenhouse gas emission and adapt to the impact of climate change. The pack, produced by the Improvement and Development Agency, offers guidance on appointing staff to lead on climate change, developing an action plan, and monitoring its progress.
