Energetic start Devon CC is launching a new energy-saving campaign, being funded by £200,000 of efficiency savings. ‘Features of the campaign will be a practical guide for householders, backed up by advertising which will show people how they can save energy, save money and help save the planet,’ said council leader, Cllr Brian Greenslade.
