Enfield LBC has hit back at ~Ken Livingstone~'s decision to ‘name and shame' authorities which have not signed up to the capital standards programme. The programme is aimed at cleaning up the capital with enforcement on litter, graffiti, fly-tipping and anti-social behaviour. But Enfield's cabinet member of environment, Cllr Terry Neville, said: ‘This is not the first time the mayor has attacked Enfield for not joining his capital standards campaign, and every time we give him the same answer – we don't need to join your expensive club, we are doing very well on our own, thank you.'
