Cities in the UK are underperforming their European counterparts due to a lack of investment, a new report has warned.
The Growth cities study highlights how greater degrees of localism, economic diversification and infrastructure in cities such as Copenhagen in Denmark and Freiburg in Germany are leaving many cities in England trailing.
