A tribunal decision on a high-profile sex discrimination claim against Sefton MBC has been postponed until next month.
Caroline Elwood, Sefton's former legal services director, claims the council discriminated against her by refusing to make her post redundant when she took early retirement in 2010. The authority denies the claim.
