Skills minister, John Hayes, has praised Essex CC, after the local authority created 1,369 apprenticeships across the county in the last 18 months.
‘By working directly with local employers to deliver high-quality training, Essex CC is making a sound and lasting investment in the local economy,' said Mr Hayes.
