Diary was heartened to see a newsletter Archimedes Public Speaking Tip of the Month – which offers tips on public speaking – highlighting the skills of local government's very own Andrea Hill, chief executive of Suffolk CC.
'Andrea is very successful.She has a reputation as a fixer.There's no doubt she gets the job done,' it said.
