Buckinghamshire CC's customer contact team has been awarded a customer service excellence standard by the Cabinet Office.
‘Our customers are at the heart of what we do, and I'm delighted we have demonstrated that our competence and quality of care for them has matched the Government's rigorous standards,' said cabinet member for resources, Cllr Frank Downes.
