Executive Head of Community Well-Being and Health Partnerships

HAY 2 - £75,288 - £92,037 (starting salary will depend on track record and experience).

The Executive Head of Community Well-Being and Health Partnerships is responsible for prevention, health workstreams and health integration for the Council.

You will build on our innovative practice in adult social care and health, and you will be creative, constantly looking for outcomes that improve the quality of the lives, achieve the best outcomes for local residents, whilst at the same time achieve best value for money.

You will work to improve the already vibrant partnerships with local communities, and other commissioners, such as the Sutton Clinical Commissioning Group, as well as local partners and service providers and external networks.

You will also contribute to the work of the Council as a whole, working with colleagues across the Council, support the Health and Wellbeing Board, especially the delivery of areas of the Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy.
