SOCITM Insight and GovMetric have joined forces to launch a new customer access improvement service (CAIS). The new facility will help councils measure and benchmark their performance on customer satisfaction, whether it is over the Web, by phone or face-to-face. ‘Councils do not have access to comparable information about customer satisfaction with services provided through these channels,' said Govemetric's Nic Streatfeild. ‘They also struggle to quantify the cost of providing services through different channels. But the CAIS will change all that.'
