Harrow LBC has opened London's first fake shop as part of a two-year programme to regenerate a struggling retail centre.
The colourful and eye-catching florist's shop front in North Harrow is emblazoned with the message ‘this retail space could be yours' in a bid to attract investors to an area where one in five units currently stands vacant.
