West Sussex CC has signed a £20m deal with BT to deliver super-fast broadband to 98% of homes and businesses in the area over the next three years.

Cash for the scheme is split between BT – providing £7.6m towards non-commercial deployment, and the local authority's £6.26m contribution – match-funded by central government's Broadband Delivery UK pot.
