Halton BC has received the final tenders from the three shortlisted consortia for the Mersey Gateway Project.

The consortia includes one group led by Balfour Beatty and another featuring BAM Nuttall.'The next few weeks will be spent looking at every detail of the three separate proposals and we will be focussing on quality and value for money to ensure we get the best deal for Halton and the public purse,' said project director, Steve Nicholson.
