The Alliance & Leicester Commercial Bank has taken over Neath Port Talbot CBC's banking services. The bank has links with local post offices, so schools and libraries can use them to deposit their takings. ‘I am pleased that the council can maintain its links with local post offices and help sustain their viability,' said Cllr Vaughan.
