Edinburgh design champion, Sir Terry Farrell, has reviewed his first four years in the role and has now set out 12 challenges for the city. ‘I want to encourage a discussion about initiatives which can dramatically transform the city and the region, and enhance Edinburgh's position as one of the world's finest cities,' said Sir Terry.
