Capita plc has acquired Expotel Group Ltd, the UK hotel, business travel and conference booking agent, in a £16m deal.
The acquisition will add to the professional service provider's existing operations in the business travel market, where Expotel's current clients include the Scottish Government, National Grid, BP and Virgin Media.
