Shadow secretary of state for communities and local government, Caroline Flint, paid a fact-finding visit to Harrow LBC to see at first hand its pioneering work to involve residents in decision-making.
Launched last October, the ‘Let's talk' engagement programme involves councillors and senior officers touring the borough to have conversations with residents in their communities.
