Liberal Democrat councillors in Gloucestershire have responded to local claims that county council home care workers were told to make their own arrangements for a flu vaccine.
Investigations confirmed there was a budget to inoculate frontline council staff in direct contact with vulnerable service-users, and the council was in discussion with the NHS on the best way to provide vaccinations.
