Fly-boarding estate agent fined

In a ground-breaking case for Hackney LBC, a local estate agent has been prosecuted for fly-boarding.

Sovereign Estates estate agency was fined £1,600, plus £1,500 costs at Thames Magistrates' Court for
putting a ‘sold' and ‘to let' sign on a property, when there were no instructions from the owner.
