Forest link takes root Bracknell Forest Council has signed a contract with IT systems provider Lagan in an effort to improve its service delivery to customers. Lagan will introduce a new hi-tech system to speed up responses to customer inquiries, and is part of a £750m regeneration project across Bracknell.
