A former council leader who accessed child pornography on a computer owned by Dartford BC has been banned from office for five years following a Standards Board for England investigation. The board ruled Kenneth Leadbeater, who pleaded guilty in June 2006 of 14 counts of making indecent images of children, had brought his office and authority into disrepute.
