Tom Foulkes has been named as Liverpool Commercial District's new travel plan co-ordinator.

Formerly, Mr Foulkes worked for Merseytravel's environment team, and he will now work with businesses to improve access, and overcome issues such as car park overcapacity, helping car park operators communicate with staff, visitors and customers on how best to reach their sites via public transport, walking, cycling and car share.
