Four Cheshire councils have joined forces to tackle housing, transport, climate change and training. Cheshire West and Chester Council, Warrington Council and Cheshire East Council formed a joint leadership board with Halton BC, a supporting management team of the four councils' chief executives, Cheshire Police and Fire and Rescue Service, working groups and a forum.
