The National Audit Office (NAO) has appointed Citizens Advice chief, Gillian Guy, to bring local government and third sector experience to the spending watchdog's board.
Ms Guy, who began her career as a lawyer, served as chief executive of Ealing LBC for 12 years before moving to the third sector by taking the top role at Victim Support.
