Essex CC is set to reopen three more post offices in three consecutive weeks this month. In the latest stage of its scheme, which scooped an MJ award earlier this year, branches that have been closed for up to two years under the Post Office's limited closure plan will be brought back into service. All will feature a community information point allowing visitors to connect to Essex CC services. The council confirmed more openings will be announced in the New Year.
