Property developer, John Laing, has announced plans to float a £260m infrastructure fund, which will pick up 19 of its PFI projects.

Property developer, John Laing, has announced plans to float a £260m infrastructure fund, which will pick up 19 of its PFI projects.

The John Laing Infrastructure Fund (JLIF) will be floated on the stock exchange in a bid to raise £270m, and the PFI projects include street lighting schemes in Manchester, Wakefield and Walsall, as well as social housing projects in London.
