Communities minister Andrew Stunell has confirmed a match-funded £100m scheme to reclaim empty homes blighted by anti-social behaviour.

Making use of the New Homes Bonus, the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) is seeking expressions of interest from local authorities keen to refurbish homes in neighbourhoods well connected to transport links, but subject to vandalism, crime and fly-tipping.
