A new regeneration partnership has been created for Harlow by Harlow DC, Essex CC, the East of England Development Agency and ~English Partnerships~ This follows the successful securing of £10m of ODPM funding for the town to help renewal projects and establish an innovation centre for small businesses. The principle focus of the new partnership will be ‘making things happen'.
