£11m boost for principality Wales’ local government and finance minister, Sue Essex, has unveiled an £11m package of capital investment for the nation. She said: ‘I am proposing to direct additional funding to four main themes – active lifestyles, access for the disabled, caring for the vulnerable, and protecting our environment.’
