Newham LBC's historic Royal Albert Dock is set for a £1bn transformation following a major deal with international developers ABP Chinese.
The plan was announced last week by Newham LBC mayor, Sir Robin Wales, and London mayor, Boris Johnson, and is expected to create 20,000 jobs. The deal will also help forge new trade links between the east London borough and the powerhouse economy of China.
