Lords minister for planning, Baroness Andrews, has announced provisional payments worth £28.8m as part of the planning delivery grant allocation for 2007. The grant provides additional funding to enable regional planning bodies and local planning authorities across England to improve their planning resources and deliver sustainable communities.
