Salford City Council has secured £51.8m from the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) to improve council houses.

Salford City Council has secured £51.8m from the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) to improve council houses.

The cash will go towards meeting the decent homes standard in the area. It also opens access to a further £9m through the Community Energy Saving Programme.
