Energy firm E.ON and Nottingham City Council are offering local groups grants of up to £5,000 to pay for energy-saving improvements to community buildings.

‘We would like to see applications from community groups which are committed to reducing their carbon footprint and want to become more energy efficient,' expplained portfolio-holder for sustainability, Cllr Alan Clark.
