The Audit Commission is looking for leaders to deliver the new CAA framework with salaries of up to £70-£80,000. A commission spokesperson said: ‘The Audit Commission is working in partnership with other inspectorates to develop the new CAA framework which considers the performance of all local services and their ability to meet the needs of local citizens and communities, and improve life chances and outcomes.'
