Mansell, which is part of the Balfour Beatty group, has completed a £9.4m 'extra care' development for the Sanctuary Group in Derby.
The development will provide accommodation and care facilities for the over-55s and includes 98 apartments.'It is great to see work completed on this scheme, which will provide much needed high quality accommodation for the city's older residents,' said Sanctuary's director of development, Andrew White.
