A ‘chugger's charter' to improve street fundraising standards has been launched by the Local Government Association (LGA) and the Public Fundraising Regulatory Association (PFRA).
Under the joint agreement, the LGA will recommend voluntary management agreements as an effective solution for councils and the PFRA has committed to tailor each deal to suit the needs of local areas.
