The Greater London Authority (GLA) this week published guidance setting out how strategic infrastructure – including transport, water, energy, waste, telecommunications and social buildings – could be deployed across the capital.
City Hall officials say the London Plan Implementation Plan represents a toolkit for developers and communities and will help boroughs prepare for the community infrastructure levy.
