GMB members working for private contractor Cleanaway on the King’s Lynn refuse contract have voted 95% in favour of possible strike action. Talks have been arranged between GMB and Cleanaway to discuss the strike ballot. A ballot will also be held over a dispute on working practices at the West Wiltshire Service Centre in Trowbridge, where Cleanaway hold the contract granted by West Wiltshire DC. SunGuard sparkles
